These terms govern your purchase and use of Vibeshots ("the app"), a native macOS application available at getvibeshots.app.

License

When you purchase Vibeshots, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app on your Macs. The purchase is a one-time payment of $6.99 (USD) and includes free updates. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app.

Requirements

Vibeshots requires macOS 14.0 or later and runs on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. It requires Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions to function.

Refunds

If Vibeshots isn't right for you, reply to your purchase receipt and we'll arrange a refund. We want you to be happy with it.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use the app and the screenshots you capture. Use Vibeshots only for content you have the right to capture, and in compliance with applicable laws.

Warranty & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibeshots and its maker are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
